This policy explains how App Agentic ("App Agentic", "we", "us") handles information in connection with this website. App Agentic is pre-launch and does not currently offer a publicly available product; this policy covers the website only. We will publish a product-specific privacy policy before any product is released.
Information we collect
This is a static informational website. We aim to collect as little as possible:
- Information you choose to send us. If you email one of our addresses, we receive your email address, your message and anything you include in it.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use this site to build advertising profiles of visitors.
How we use information
We use the limited information above only to respond to your enquiries, to provide support you request, to keep the site secure and operational, and to comply with our legal obligations.
Data retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email privacy@appagentic.dev and we will respond in line with applicable law.
Children
This website is intended for a general, adult audience and is not directed at children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the company evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page.
